blue blossom

Cherry blossom has to be one of my favourite spring blooms. I love the frothy, delicate flowers and their fleeting beauty. I’ve also added a couple of wax eye birds as I couldn’t resist adding a pop of yellow into the blue and white mix. The print has been designed as part of a group of three but works equally well as a stand alone piece.

Each element is drawn and coloured by me and collaged together to create a unique digital print. The image is then printed as a giclee print onto softly textured paper, the colours reproduced exactly as the original drawings.
